On the looming question of what to wear--Jeff and I have been in Europe the last couple of weeks and I have been doing my customary people watching, looking for ideas. Overall, I have been VERY DISAPPOINTED. I love Paris, but this is not the land I remember from earlier times. Many Parisians are really dressing a lot more like sloppy Americans and less like the paragons of sartorial excellence they have always been. If even the Parisians don't care what they wear or how they look--what is the world coming to? And where am I going to look for role models and inspiration? Anyway, thanks for the chuckles!
