It is one thing that shows results, unlike many other types of work. Not that my house is always clean (she says, looking around at the scattered newspapers). Oh and, yes, I mop my hardwood floors with water and vinegar. I don't measure. Dump some vinegar in the bucket (half a cup? a cup?), fill halfway with water, mop. Easy peasy.
